30-day return policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be sent to the address we will provide to you when your request is approved (please contact us to receive the exact instructions).
If your return is accepted, we will send you all the necessary instructions regarding how and where to send your package. The return must be sent by postal service in order to ensure tracking and traceability.
Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the situation and find an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
Personalized products (special orders or custom items).
Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
